// How much does it cost to hire Colette for an event //
Prices for each event are based on many different factors including location, type of performance and times. If you have an enquiry, get in contact via the contact form or send an email to info@colettehazen.com with as much information about the event as possible and I will get back to you with a bespoke quote.
// Do you require a deposit //
Yes, I require a 50% deposit to secure the date. I will then invoice for the remaining balance 2 weeks prior to the event.
// How far in advance do you take bookings //
I take bookings up to a year in advance.
// How long do you play for //
This depends on what type of event you would like to book me for. If I am booked for a longer period of time I will require a break after 45 minutes of playing.
// Do you provide your own amplification //
Yes I have a Bose L1 compact system that is suitable for up to 150 guests. For larger events or bookings abroad I will require a PA system to be hired and a sound engineer to be present.
// Can you move around the room whilst you play //
Yes. I have a wireless system which can enable me to roam around the room and play to guests.
// What type of music do you play. Do you take requests //
I can play a wide range of genres from classical, jazz, folk and pop music. For my full setlist click here. If you have any specific requests I am happy to include them as long as I am given a months notice to learn the music.
// Are you able to perform outside //
Yes, I am happy to perform outside as long as there is a performance space where I can have shelter from the elements, including direct sunlight. I will also need access to a power source where I can plug in my wireless equipment and PA system.
// Can you play with other musicians //
Yes, I frequently play with other musicians. I work regularly with string players, saxophonists, percussionist and DJs for many different events. If you'd like me to play with another musician let me know via the contact page.
